Just returned from one week residency at INA GRM in Paris, where I worked on a commissioned electroacoustic piece for Acousmonium.
For a long time I’ve been interested in modeling sound in space, and having the opportunity to work with octophony in the studio of Radio France, while inhaling the spirit of early musique concrète concepts there, opened some new inspiration chambers to me.
So, I will awaken all the otherwise unheard voices of my instrument, and perhaps become the sonic object – in two places – this and next year:
